Construction Project Management Expertise at your Service
Our Services
-
Dispute Resolution
We advocate the use of dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques in an endeavour to enable the parties to a construction contract to communicate amicably on complex construction issues and resolve differences of opinion before they become disputes. However, when parties cannot reach an amicable solution we have the skills to either act as ADR practitioners or provide support to our client's legal teams to secure the outcomes our clients desire.
-
Expert Services
Our testified Quantum, Delay and Technical Experts can provide independent opinion and testimony in arbitration hearings and/or the courts having been cross-examined under oath on several occasions.
-
Claims Advisory
We undertake contractual claim and counterclaim preparation and defence including narrative, quantum, forensic delay analysis, expression of entitlement, review of contractual obligations, data analysis, rights and remedies for extension of time, disruption and additional cost claims.
-
Contracts/Commercial
Construction projects are by their nature incredibly complex and risky and, unlike a factory environment or production facility, construction works are carried out in an ever changing landscape and weather conditions, with the added safety and organisational risks that poses. We provide the contractual and commercial services to effectively manage risks and ensure the successful completion of such construction and engineering projects from inception to completion
-
Forensic Planning
In parallel to the contracts/commercial services we provide, it is a contractual requirement that a programme is produced by every contractor for every project which takes into account not only of the construction activities, but also makes allowance for the foreseeable inherent risks. Programme (or schedule) development and management using industry-wide software ensures the establishment of a robust baseline programme fit for the purpose of both monitoring progress and recording delays and disruption by all concerned parties.
-
Training
We offer various levels of training to clients from introductory to advanced levels, including commercial management, contracts management and planning. We can offer standard seminars for a broad audience and/or specific training tailored to specific needs and forms of contract. We specialise in FIDIC Forms of Contract used across the Middle East and beyond.

Data Analysis
Arguably, the construction industry has been slow to embrace digitisation, but since records (at least) have been stored electronically historically on servers and latterly in data centres through the use of EDMS and Project Management software, it is becoming increasingly important to have the ability to retrieve increasing volumes of data to extract meaningful information as evidence in support of project management, claims and dispute avoidance/resolution. We are developing these processes and plan to add this service to our portfolio in the New Year
